How We Work
A Continuous On-Site Presence for Extended Private Villa Stays
The Process in a Glance
- Contact & align Share your dates, location, number of guests, and preferred rhythm. We review and confirm fit within 24 hours. If it aligns, we discuss your preferences in detail — adapting fully to how you live, or (if you prefer) collaborating to shape menus, mobility, reservations, and daily flow together. A 30% deposit secures your dates.
- Arrival & seamless stay We arrive before you. The villa is prepared and breathing. Life continues without interruption — meals, movements, oversight all in quiet sync. Final balance settled discreetly at departure.
Preparation and Arrival
Most stays begin with a confirmed villa. We coordinate suppliers, set up the kitchen and vehicles, and establish rhythm in advance. For privately owned properties new to us, a short paid trial can be arranged. When rented, we arrive early or conduct a site visit as needed. You enter a space already breathing.
Mobility and Movement
Vehicles integrate into the villa’s cadence — guest-owned or arranged (V-Class for families, Range Rover for regional flexibility, S-Class for formal needs). Airport transfers, intercity routes, alpine or coastal drives — all timed precisely. Movement feels inevitable, never forced.
Preparation and Arrival
We arrive before you do. Inspection, supplier coordination, full setup of kitchen, vehicles, and household rhythm happen quietly in advance. You arrive into a villa already in motion.
Daily Life in the Villa
One continuous presence means context is never lost. Preferences are understood once. Meals unfold at your rhythm. Plans evolve — weather, energy, mood — and adaptations occur without explanation or reset. The atmosphere remains steady.
Dedicated Approach, Season by Season
We accept a limited number of engagements each season to ensure full attention. Depth over scale. Presence over rotation. If your villa requires one integrated on-site system rather than layered providers, Casa Duo is built for that level of life.
Next Step
Share your essentials. We confirm fit and availability within 24 hours.
