1. Use & Content
This website is for general information only. We do not collect or store personal data through forms or cookies beyond basic analytics and voluntary inquiries.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are confirmed in writing by email.
To secure your dates, a 30 % deposit of the agreed total is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The remaining 70 % balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
If a cancellation is made up to 14 days before arrival, Casa Duo will refund 50 % of the balance amount (not including the deposit).
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
All invoices are issued in English with proper legal indications.
Clients who prefer to pay in cash may receive a 10 % courtesy discount; this must be agreed before arrival.
3. Force Majeure & Substitution
In the event of illness, travel disruption, or force majeure preventing Casa Duo from personally attending, an equally qualified substitute professional may be sent to ensure continuity of service.
If full delivery cannot be guaranteed, unused service days will be refunded proportionally.
4. Liability
Casa Duo is not liable for accidents, delays, or service interruptions caused by third parties, suppliers, or events beyond our control (weather, strikes, technical failures, etc.).
5. Privacy
Personal data submitted via contact forms is used solely to reply to inquiries and will never be shared or stored beyond what is operationally necessary. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All photos, text, and visual materials on this site are © Casa Duo — Hospitality with a Heart unless otherwise stated. No reproduction or reuse is permitted without written consent.
7. Acceptance
By contacting us or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Como, Italy.
